When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Due to our fast moving inventory, it may take up to two weeks to fulfill your order.
If you are not happy with the items you have purchased, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or ShoeDawgUSA.com credit.
To reconcile your order, please follow these instructions to assist us in helping you:
Exchange/Store Credit - If you want to exchange an item(s), we’ll send you replacement(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you Shoe Dawgs USA credit instead. You will just need to pay $7.50 for shipping the item to us or you may ship the item back to us with your choice of shipping.
Refund - If you are asking for a refund, you’ll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be conveyed to you in the original form of payment.
